1. The service

eMarketing Professional ("we") provides a done-for-you agency build as described in your signed service agreement. The website is informational; the service agreement governs each engagement.

2. Payment and refunds

Build fees are due at kickoff. Refunds are governed by the 14-Day Delivery Guarantee and your service agreement.

3. Ownership

On full payment and handover, you own your brand, website, content, and account credentials. Third-party platform subscriptions (e.g., your CRM) are billed by those platforms under their terms.

4. No earnings claims

We make no representations about income or business results. Any figures discussed are illustrations, not projections or promises.

5. Acceptable use, liability, disputes

Additional standard terms — limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — are set out in each signed service agreement.
